About Us

Hello! We are glad you could join us!

We are a group of women with a hunger to seek a deeper intimacy with the Lord and to make our great and awesome God known to the world. He is the all satisfying treasure; NOTHING compares to Him. We want to behold His beauty and immeasurable worth and share His greatness with others.

We seek to first KNOW GOD MORE AND MORE. We do this by 3 primary means:
1. Bible
2. Prayer
3. Fellowship of Believers

The Bible is the Word of God. It is God speaking to us. We first want to have ears that are open to hear what He wants to communicate to us.

Prayer is the second means. It flows from the first. Our prayer is a response to God's communication to us; we speak to Him. What an amazing privilege to have access to the very God that created this universe. We are granted this access through Jesus Christ and His shed blood for us on the cross, through whom, we have forgiveness of sin and eternal life. Is there anything more beautiful than this reality?

Fellowship of believers in Christ is the third necessity in knowing our God more and more. In Acts 1:14 and 2:42, we read that the believers devoted themselves not only to the Word and prayer, but also to fellowship with those who believed in Jesus and had received the Holy Spirit. We pray that this blog can be a small taste of fellowship as we discuss all that the Lord is teaching us and that ultimately, we would all be active ministers in our own church body. We need each other for our 'progress and joy in the faith' Philippians 1:25.

We know the value of our relationship with the Lord...there is simply nothing more important. We want to be intentional to seek Him and be filled by Him so that we can pour out His love and truth to our families, churches, cities, and the world. That is why this blog was created.

This blog is a space to post goals for growing in intimacy with the Lord (bible study/prayer/memorization/etc), questions you may have, and/or reflections on what the Lord is speaking to your heart through the Bible, sermons, books, articles or friends.

We have provided resources that have been extremely valuable to our faith. Check out the tabs to find books, sermons, articles and other resources that have kindled a love for God anew in our hearts and helped us to grow in the knowledge of Him. May we not just learn more ABOUT Him...may we truly know Him. 

We pray that your affections would be stirred for the God who created you. May you know His love, grow to be more like Him, and walk in the purposes for which you were created.
