The Holiness of God

Our first attribute we will be looking at is God's holiness.

The ESV Study Bible defines holiness in this way: "God is absolutely and uniquely excellent above all creation (majesty) and without sin (purity)." The great implication for us is that "God should be feared and obeyed and his people should earnestly pursue moral purity".
